The Well, a luxury wellness club that calls itself a ‘one-stop shop for wellness,’ opened its flagship location in New York in 2019. The 13,000-square-foot wellness center in New York with an organic restaurant and East-meets-West treatments ranging from customized holistic bodywork and energy healing to Chinese medicine and facials and fitness classes. The brand has since expanded its offerings to hotel spas in Connecticut, Costa Rica and Los Cabos, Mexico.
With such high demand for stressed-out individuals craving a more healthy and holistic approach to life, The Well is opening its first-ever residential component: The Well Bay Harbor Islands in Miami. This six-story residential tower will have 54 branded luxury residences and more than 22,000 square feet of amenities, including a fitness and wellness center. This is the first fully integrated luxury wellness residential project in the country. Renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica is responsible for the tower’s design, while Meyer Davis carefully curated the interior spaces.
Similar to its wellness center in New York, The Well will have a strong focus on combining Eastern and Western healing practice for residents who want a 360-degree, 24/7 holistic lifestyle. Layouts range from one- to four-bedroom residences spanning 924 square feet to 3,291 square feet, and pricing begins at $1.3 million. So what makes these residences healthy?
